Currently at Vines, Phil brings with him his breadth of experience, expertise, and craft to the NC History Center on the Civil War, Emancipation, and Reconstruction.
Phil’s academic works have been widely recognized by awards, publications, and media platforms including the 2018 AIA D.C. Unbuilt Award, the 2018 S.ARCH Conceptual Design Award shortlist, and an interview with KoozArch for his final graduate project, City Fragments, Building Transitions: An Urban Stitching of Hong Kong Through Film. His academic works have gained international exposure through exhibitions such as the Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism/Architecture in Hong Kong and the Yamuna River Project Exhibition in New Delhi.
Aside from architecture, Phil enjoys developing his interests and curiosity in photography, film, guitar, and the outdoors.
